I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 5 x 7 card. I attached the background from the design to the card using double sided tape.

I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape and attached this to the card using double sided tape. I attached the greeting using thin foam tape.
