Cats Line Dancing to Soothe Their Achy Breaky Hearts TopperCompleted by Barbara Stubbings

I printed the design onto good quality white card and cut out all the elements. I inked the edges of all the decoupage elements, assembled the card using spongy tape, mounted it onto a bright pink mat and added the greeting as well as silver peel-offs in the corners.

I love cats and I love line dancing so to have the two on one card - perfect!
