I printed the sheet off onto 220gsm good quality photo paper. I matted the image onto gold matt card, then onto Blue holo card, added 2 feathers & used foam tape to mount it to the 8x8 base card i'd covered in a CUP backing paper.
I used Star Dust, Diamond & Patina Stickles to add some sparkle.

I printed onto Gloss photo paper, used 3D foam pads to raise the frame and lady up, I added square gold gems to the corners a big green one onto the staff and a few more to some of the detail on the picture.
