Wise Owl Say Christmas Topper & DecoupageCompleted by Fran Turner

I printed this on to photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I layered the main piece on to red then a white card with cropped corners both with dst. I added red hearts to the corners, a red satin bow beneath the sentiment.

Lots of red glitter on the flowers plus some christmas peel offs finished this off.
