Vintage Christmas Carol Angel Topper with DecoupageCompleted by Christine Sutton

Printed onto good quality photo paper, cut out and mounted onto a pearl base card. Layers were built up using foam pads and I added a silver bow. Finished with clear gems and crystal glitter to some of the snowflakes.

Such a pretty design and very quick and easy to make up. Looks wonderful when complete.
