Printed and cut out design pieces. I chose to make a 'hanging heart' design so also cut out another topper from plain coloured card for the back.

I secured the front topper and plain back together with glue, making sure the hanging ribbon was secured between them.

I then added my chosen decoupage. A lovely card which is easily made and sure to please the recipient.
