French Christmas Children Topper with DecoupageCompleted by Angela Styles
OccasionChristmas / Christmas people
A very stylish and beautifully coloured design.I printed this at half size so as to make a smaller card.I mounted the base image on to a card blank.I added the decoupage elements with foam pads.I finished by adding card candi and a stamped sentiment border.
