I printed out the sheet onto matt card and matted the base layer onto gold holographic mirror card and mounted it to the 8x8 base card with DST.

I decoupaged the layer with foam pads and embellished with wooden shapes, die cut greeting, fabric bow, pearl metal sticker, gem and a pompom.
