I simply printed these tags onto white 110gsm matte printing paper and adhered to different cokloured doubled sided 250gsm pearlescent card, punched a hole in the top of the card and threaded gold cord through and added a piece of double sided tape to the back to stick to the present, done, very easy and quick and tons of different ways to use them, this is just one example, I'm afraid the rest have been sold!
