Angels Bell Pulling Snow Plain 5inch Square Envelope BackerCompleted by Shelagh E Osborn Wright

This square envelope backer design sheet was printed on 160gsm card and cut it out. I just wanted the two side flaps to embellish my card, so cut off the top and bottom ones and glued these back to back with the side ones using DST.Then I glued the backer on a square blue card blank made from background cup130398_10 also by Anne Marie Vaux, printed on 250 gsm smooth card and cut to size, then scored and folded.Added a white jewelled border strip, cup kit336132_1571, glued across the centre and a gold glitter plain border all round.

The backer is now ready for me to add a scalloped stacker. This is an unusual embellishment to make a card that bit more special. Looks really pretty.
