Copied to matte photo paper and cut out all the elements. Using d.s.t. I backed the card with grey organza with threads pulled top and bottom to form a fringe.Then placed some lace behind the fringe. Matted finished base to pink card stock. Built up the decoupage using d.s.foam tape. From the threads pulled from the organza I made up a bow and added it to the top left hand corner. Put Stickles Pink Pearldrops around the heart, added gold glitter and a small rhinestone to the Angel. Put some gold glitter on the flower centers and on the fringe. I made up an organze bow and put small rhinestones on it and then added some holly leaves, which i had put Stickles Eucalyptus glitter. Placed rhinestones on each corner.
