Red card was used for the base,which I scored in half, and then scored one half in half again.I matted a narrow piece of Christmas backing paper onto a narrow piece of gold mirri card,just slightly bigger,but slightly smaller than the red card panel.Then I matted one of the toppers onto a piece of gold mirri card with foam tape,and stuck the topper to the panel with foam tape.Leaving a gap at the bottom for a Happy New Year peel off.To finish off I glittered the snow areas.
