I printed tyhe sheet on to decoupage paper and cut it out.I made the decoupaged topper with foam pads and matted it on to some red glitter card with silicone glue.

I stuck it to a white perlescent card with tape and added the greeting to finish it off.

This card is lovely for young children and is quick and easy to make.
