Printed onto Crafty Bob's Glossy card and cut out all the elements. Shaped the smaller pieces using an embossing tool. Added woodware's fluffy stuff to the top of the hat and glamour dust to the trim.

I stuck the largest image to white cardstock and cut to leave a small border following the outline of the topper.

Matted patterned paper onto red cardstock before sticking to an 8" scalloped card blank. Added two cardstock borders embellished with ribbon, die cut snowflakes and trim. Added first two layers of topper with foam pads and completed the decoupage using glue gel for the other layers.

Left a space at the top to add a personal sentiment at a later date. Such a cute image perfect for couples and spouses at Christmas.
