Christmas Champagne Teddy ToppersCompleted by Maxine Jones

I printed the sheet on to decouage paper and cut it out. I made the decoupage topper and matted it on to some green glitter card using silicone gel. I stuck this to a DL card and edged it with green peeloffs. I finally added the greeting.

A lovely and really easy card to make.
