Christmas and New Year Shoe Card ToppersCompleted by Margaret McCartney

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a square scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.

I added glitter to centre of the starbursts to enhance this lovely card. The design comes with two lovely images that make two gorgeous cards. Great value for money.
