I printed this design 4 times onto photo card and then carefully cut out the images so that I could build up the layers using 3d foam pads.

I added stickles glitter, a puffy star and a pearl for the star.

I matted the design onto light blue card and layered the whole image onto beige card with an additional felted border.

A gorgeously whimsicle greeting for christmas!
