I printed this sheet onto matt photo paper and cut out all the elements I matted the main image onto black card.
I used foam pads to build up the decoupage. Then I mounted the topper onto an a5 card blank.
To finish off the card I used glitter and gems and a few embellishments. This was a very easy ...quick card to make.
