Only took about 15 minutes to make this card. I printed the image twice. Cut out the topper, insert and the center portion with the snowman from the second sheet. Ran a black Memento marker around all the edges. Mounted the snowman image onto foam then on the topper.
Attached the topper to a scalloped edge card.
