Snowbound MiniCompleted by Susan Heanes

I used blue card for the base,and stuck a piece of Xmas backing paper on the fold edge and edged with a silver border peel off.I then layered one of the toppers onto a piece of silver holographic card with foam tape,and used foam tape to stick it to the base.I added some silver corner and Let it snow peel offs.White glitter was added to the snow areas to finish.
