I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 5 x 7 scalloped edged card. I attached design Poinsettias & Snowflake Christmas Backing Background Paper, cUp 452702_503 to the card using double sided tape.
I attached the design to the card using thin foam tape. I added the panel using thin foam tape. I added glitter to the snow to complete this gorgeous card.
