Scenic Merry Christmas with Gift Tags Topper & DecoupageCompleted by Nicky Thorne
OccasionChristmas / Christmas Scenes
I printed this image onto matte photo paper and placed onto white card stock. I decoupaged the elements with foam pads and to finish I added gold glitter to centres of flowers and white glitter to snow and snow flakes.
The blue is so pretty and unusual.
