The main colours in this design sheet is black and white. I have created 2 optional decoupage layers that can also be used separately. Option one has an outline to show line of cut. In option 2 the image is slightly darker.

I printed onto glossy photo paper,cut out medallion option 1 and attached the base image to a scalloped 5x7 cardblank with DST. then edged with a black glitter border.
I layered the medallion and greeting with foam tape and added some tiny red gems to embellish. A simple design to craft with the option of 2 colour tones for the medallion. here,I have used the same tones as the background. Looks very effective made up!
