I printed off 3 sheets onto 200gsm CUP photo paper. I matted the base layer onto silver mirror card and then onto blue holo card, added a blue feather and used foam tape to mount it to the 8x8 card blank which i covered in suitable backing paper.
I added a 2nd layer cut round the fancy bottom edge, I mounted that with foam tape, and the picture was the 3rd layer i used, foam tape again to mount it, then I added the flower layers and used Ice-stickles & Star Dust Stickles to give it all some sparkle.

Printed on glossy photo paper, I cut out all of the elements and decoupaged using foam pads, I then mounted the image onto the card using dst.
This is a beautiful design.
