Snowscape Original Watercolour TopperCompleted by Sarah Lake

Made an 8x8 base card in cream. mounted both images on sheet onto gold mirri card. Cut a piece of purple card 1cm smaller in both directions than the base card backed it with gold mirri card. Mounted the purple and gold layer onto base card then mounted the backing sheet image to the left of the card.

I wanted the topper the have a domed effect which I acheived by cutting 2 strips of purple card approximately 3cm wide by 7cm long. I folded down the length and stuck to the back of the topper at each side using wet glue. I then stuck the topper to the right side of the card by adding a gick drying glue to the strips and holding in place until stuck making sure that I acheived the bow I required.

Added a sentiment and the card was finished.
