I covered card stock with a crystal type paper. I printed two copies of this file and stuck the base card on to the card. From the second copy I cut out the fir trees and the ribbon. I stuck the ribbon on with sticky tabs.
I sprayed the trees with silver glitter and stuck those on with sticky tabs.
