I printed off the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I assembled the decoupage. I scored and folded a square card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape.
I had a real problem with this card as I have a phobia with buttons. The extra buttons I could not cut out so I discarded them and added glitter to the centre of the buttons on the card instead.
I attached the greeting using thin foam tape.
