Printed on glossy photo paper, attached the main topper to a 5"x7" card, then one of the small pictures to the card inside center left.

The second topper layer was added with silicone gel for a bit of dimension, then I finished with a diecut sentiment and scrolls from white glitter paper and a light spray of Iridescent Glitter Dust.

I think this makes a beautiful winter thank you card!
