Topper - We Wish You a Merry XmasCompleted by Chell Sharpe

I printed the sheet out onto 220gsm good quality photo paper. I matted the base image onto gold matt card, added a feather & used foam tape to mount it onto the 8x8 base card i'd covered in a CUP backing paper.

I decoupaged the layers with 3D glue gel & used Star Dust & Diamond Stickles to add some sparkle. I embellished with a 3D festive sticker.
