I printed the design on good quality Matt photo paper. I attached the base to a card stock and assembled the elements with silicone. I added lots of glitter, a gold edge and corners.
I used Matt paper as my printer doesn't do red and black good on gloss paper and glitter goes better, but it must be good quality Matt.
Great design.
