He's Here - Santa Arriving Decoupage TopperCompleted by Lorna May Scott
OccasionChristmas / Christmas Other
A big thank you to Dawn Hill for her winter scene/window image. I coloured the star yellow, punched four stars to highlight santa and backed them with silver card. The snow is flock with Special Effects Glitter added and the cat is flocked also.
The words and window sill have been glittered and the sentiment has been clear embossed 3 times for effect.
