Quilted Holiday Star TopperCompleted by Pauline Worthington

The sheet was printed onto a supersmooth paper. I used a blue pearlesent card as my base. I mounted the topper onto a piece of silver star mirri card and layered up the decoupage using 1mm foam pads.

I used card candy, organza ribbon and glitter spray to decorate.
