Printed out 3 images to the sheet and cut out in decoupage form. I cut a piece of dark blue card a little larger than the base picture and then attached it to the base picture with d/s tape.

Attached this to the top part of the main card with d/s tape. I then cut a piece of dark blue card the same width as the other and then attached a piece of white card a little smaller with d/s tape.

I placed this tag under the base picture with d/s tape adding a silver peeloff Season's Greetings message and silver peeloff snowflakes to finish
