Its the Snowkids ToppersCompleted by Rosina Walker

I printed out these snowkids on a sheet of 130g smooth decoupage paper,then cut them both out ,i then stuck some blue snowflake background paper to a card, and mounted one to snowkid onto the card,and decoupaged him up, onto the base picture, went around the edge of the card with a silver holly peeloff,i added the text that i had left from another cup.
