The Red Christmas Dress TopperCompleted by Rae Trees

I printed the design on good quality matte photo paper, I attached the base to a silver die cut mat, then onto a red mat and then onto my white card .

I assembled the elements with foam pads, added some crystal glitter and some decorative red gems to the corners. I finished with a little silver edging to the waist of the dress. I red inked the edges of the card ( just learning ). Beautiful design..
