This design is based on a lovely vintage image of Christmas candles beside an open piece of music for Silent Night.
There is also a decoupaged red satin bow. I've kept this really simple so that you can use it in whatever way suits you.

I printed off the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I assembled the wavy corner stacker using thin foam tape. I scored and folded an A4 card landscape. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape.
I attached the decoupaged bow to the card with thin foam tape.
