I printed the sheet onto Super Smooth white card and cut out the toppers. I also printed sheet 11 from cup265385_1435 onto the same type of card, trimmed, scored and folded it into my card base. I punched the edge of the card with a holly punch. I trimmed two pieces of silver mirror card one to just larger than the topper and one 2" wide and the height of the card. I used DST to attach the topper to the mirror card and the mirror card strip behind the punched out detail. I used 2mm deep, double sided foam tape to attach the matted topper and a greetings panel to the card, finishing it off with two strips of fine border peeloffs down the right hand side of the card.

There's a nice assortment of sizes of topers on this sheet so cards of different sizes, as well as tags for any accompaning gift, can be made from one sheet.
