Christmas Lanterns Toppers

These toppers are a great bargain..two for the price of one!!

I printed the design on photo paper and attached the blue bow base to a white card, on the red bow one I backed the base with a red card stock then put it on a white card. I assembled the elements with silicone glue and added glossy accents to the flames and the candle drips, I then added sentiments. I loved the finished cards....great buy!
