Sparkle of the Season TopperCompleted by Jane Wells

I printed this festive design onto photo card and cut out the stripy half of the card from corner to corner and layered with 3d foam pads on top of the original image.

I then decoupaged the swirls and flowers and added oodles of glitterdust.

This card certainly does have 'sparkle'!
