Snowfriends - Topper with DecoupageCompleted by Rosina Walker

I covered an A5 card with snowflahe background from cup 254970-1031,then printed this image onto a sheet of decoupage paper,then mounted the main image the card,and decoupaged it up, put some large blue snowflakes down each side of the image, added glitter to the snow.
