Shades of Blue Christmas Window Card Topper Completed by Pat Mottram

I printed this file using matte photographic paper. I matted the image onto frosted gold card to tone in with the image and fixed to a white card blank.

I constructed the decoupage using silicone glue, I added Glossy Accents to the gold and glitter to the trees, snowflakes and snowy background.

I matted the sentiment onto frosted gold card and fixed with foam pads. This is a very pretty image with a lovely wintry scene.
