I printed the sheet onto matt photo paper and cut out all the elements. I mounted the main topper onto a green mat and built the decoupage up using glue gel and foam pads.
I put the completed topper onto an 8x8 card blank.
To decorate the card I used glitter; pearls and a pom-pom. This was a very simple card to make.
