Red Christmas Bells Poin Fancy Decoupage TopperCompleted by Rosina Walker

I printed this lovely image onto a sheet of decoupage paper,i mounted the main image to a 6x6 scalloped card,before i decoupaged the card i took the second image and cut out all the white ,leaving me with just the frame and bells,then decoupaged up the front of the card,a striking card when finished,i also added some glitter.
