I printed twice on matte card, from the second print I cut away the outer border and used as the first layer of the decoupage that I used foam squares to add.

I used glitter snow on the hat and the wrap , light gold glitter on the edge of the picture and sentiment, added the gems on the hat, flower center and on some of the snowflakes. then finished with Glossy Accents on the eyes.
