Printed onto Photo Paper. Cut out all the elements. Used DST to attach Topper to a 6inch scalloped card. Used foam pads to attach the Decoupage. I used a sponge dipped into gold glitter and dabbed around edge of scallops on card. Pretty design and makes up well.
