Printed onto Gloss Photo Paper. I cut out the elements, and using DST I attached the Topper to a White card. Used Foam Pads to attach the Decoupage element, and the sentiment. I used Stickles Icicle Glitter on aspects of the card.
This is a very nice design, easy to cut by hand and makes into a lovely card.
