Christmas Elf Topper 1Completed by Diane Vermeer

Printed onto Photo Paper. I cut out both elements. I used DST to attach the main front onto a White card. Used thin foam pads to attach the Decoupage. I used silver stickers to top of card and on the gift card.

I also used Stickles Glitter on the trees and the Elf's Hat. A cute easy effective card to make.
