I printed out the design onto craftsuprint premium gloss photo paper. I then cut out all of the elements the main bit I matt and layered onto white shiny card then blue mirri card then attached it all to an A4 blank white card.
I decoupaged the smaller pieces using silicone glue. Some gems and a sentiment were added for decoration.
