Printed onto Gloss Photo Paper. Cut out the elements and attached the Topper to a white card using DST. Used foam pads to attach the Decoupage and sentiment. I stuck tiny pearls to aspects of the swirly design.

I then put a small amount of Crystal Glitter on flames at bottom of the card. A delightful design, that makes into a very pretty card.
