Snow Bears Layered TopperCompleted by Helen Howell Designs

I printed out on matt card and cut out all the pieces. I then placed a backing paper onto the card body and stuck the main picture onto that. I then added the other images for a 3D effect.

To finish I added to the bear's hat and bobble a crystal glitter and a pink glitter to their ears and paws.

For the last bit of sparkle I added small crystals to some of the snowflakes and I used a serrated edge scissors to cut out the greeting.
